Toshi MARUYAMA 6c92ac4d78 use ActionView::TestCase instead of HelperTestCase at custom_fields_helper_test.rb.

ActionView::Helpers::ActiveRecordHelper at test/helper_testcase.rb
does not exist on Rails 3.0.
