Toshi MARUYAMA 0df011ecee use ActionView::TestCase instead of HelperTestCase at test/unit/lib/redmine/wiki_formatting/macros_test.rb.

ActionView::Helpers::ActiveRecordHelper at test/helper_testcase.rb
does not exist on Rails 3.0.
